30-Day Return Policy

We want you to love your Lumbra. If something isn't right, we're here to help.

Returns. You may return your item within 30 days of delivery for a refund or exchange. To be eligible, the item must be in its original condition and packaging. To start a return, email us at [SUPPORT@EMAIL] with your order number.

Refunds. Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll notify you and process your refund to your original payment method within 5–7 business days. Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the item arrived damaged or defective.

Damaged or defective items. If your item arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 7 days of delivery with a photo and we'll send a free replacement or full refund — no return shipping required.

Return shipping. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs on non-defective returns.

Non-returnable items. Used items not in resellable condition, and any item returned more than 30 days after delivery.
