Damaged, defective, or incorrect items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 14 days of delivery with your order number and a photo. We'll arrange a free replacement or a full refund — no need to send anything back.

Changes & cancellations

Need to change or cancel an order? Email us within 24 hours of ordering and we'll do our best before it ships.
